How do I send you my document?

The most efficient and environmentally friendly way to send us your document is as an e-mail attachment. Please see the services page for more information and options.

Where are you located?

Our translators work throughout most of the United States and some are located in Latin America, Japan and Europe. However, because it is so easy to send and receive documents over the internet, location is not an issue as far as being able to get your translation done on time and to your satisfaction. For payment and correspondence purposes our offices are currently located in Logan, Utah.

Are your translators certified?

Our translators are certified by at least one of the following certifying authorities: the National Center for State Courts (NCSC), the American Translators Association (ATA), the National Association of Judicial Interpreters and Translators (NAJIT), and/or other national or international organization which certifies translators or interpreters. Many are certified by more than one certifying authority. However, because we also deal with a large volume of translations that don't need to be translated by a certified translator, we also use many translators that have experience and translation degrees but no certification if their experience and translation skills are sufficient for a given project.

How much will my translation cost?

Our rates are very competitive! We are sure that you will not find a better quality translation for a better price. Basically our rate system is based on the following formula: total translation cost = per word rate x final word count + certification fee + mailing fees.  Word count is based on the total number of words as calculated by our word processing software, which is an industry-wide standard in translation. Our certification fee is USD $40.00, which covers the costs (including time and transportation) of taking our certification form before a notary and then mailing it to you. Mailing costs will depend entirely on your preference of mail service, although we recommend certified or express mailing to avoid any delays or possible loss of your translation. Of course, if no mailing or certification is necessary, your translation will be returned much faster and the total cost will also be lower.

How soon will I have my translation back?

If your translation is between 2-10 full pages, which is the most common size we deal with, your finished translation will arrive within 5 business days from the time you accept our quote. However, translations under 500 words (usually 1-2 pages) will only take 3 business days unless special formatting is required. Extremely large projects will take longer, and will have to be confirmed; however, you can usually count one day for every 5 pages over 10, unless special arrangements are made. For example, 15 full pages will take 6 business days, 20 full pages will take 7 business days, and so on. If you need a translation faster than this, please contact us and we will find a way to get it back to you by your deadline. Please keep in mind that your choice of mail carrier and rate will also affect the total turnaround time.

Are your translators native speakers?

Our translators are educated native speakers and writers of the target language (language that is being translated into), although they often receive the support of source language natives.  This helps avoid any and all possible misunderstandings, mistranslations and stylistic errors.
